Job Description:

• Management and supervision of the construction of automated production lines (assembly, packaging, etc.).
• Thorough familiarity with the product.
• Characterization of manufacturing lines (suppliers, quality, design requirements).
• Receiving price quotes and communication with machine manufacturers.
• Involvement in the manufacturing process of machines, participation in design surveys, and approval of designs.
• Machine integration, validation, and implementation.
• Improvement of existing lines, introduction of robotics in relevant processes, and optimization of their work.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree (B.Sc.).
• Experience as an automation engineer – mandatory.
• Experience working with robots – an advantage.
• Experience in the field of medical equipment – an advantage.
• Project management experience from planning to implementation of processes – mandatory.
• Broad systematic view of processes with attention to detail and precise planning.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and matrix management in a growing and developing company.
• Learning, management, investigation, and improvement capabilities.
